“Moorti” (1945) was a movie produced by Ranjit Movietone. It was directed by Chaturbhuj Doshi. The movie had Motilal, Khursheed, Padma Banerjee, Yashwant Dube, Kamal Jamindar, Kaneez, Tara Bai etc. in it.
This movie is an obscure movie by now. Neither the movie nor its songs are available easily.
I have discussed one song from this movie in the past. That song was sung by Khursheed. Here is another song from this movie. It is sung by Hamida Banu. Unlike the earlier posted song, which was picturised on the singer herself, I have no idea how and on whom this song is picturised. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw more light on this matter.
