“Pyaar Ki Baaten” (1951) is a Nargis Arts movie. It was produced by Akhtar Hussain and the star cast of this movie included names like Trilok Kapoor, Nargis, Neelam Kothari, Maruti, Nissar, Khurshid, H. Prakash, Cuckoo, Nazir, Rashid etc.
I have discussed one song from this movie in the past where Lata had sung for Nargis. This song is sung by Geeta Dutt and so it appears to me that this song is picturised on some other actress, perhaps Neelam Kothari. Only the audio of this song is available and so I cannot be sure. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw more light on the picturisation of this song.

Atul ji,
The above song was removed from the Film and was not there at all.
Geeta Dutt had sung 3 duets and one solo song in this movie.But the above solo song,one duet with Siddiqui and one song of Chunilal Pardesi were removed from the movie and hence did not feature in the film.

The actress NEELAM in this film can not be Neelam Kothari,as Neelam Kothari was born on 3-3-1968.
This Neelam is the same actress who acted in Anjuman-1948.I have written about this actress in my comments on song from Anjuman-today itself.
