Pancham’s Music – Eighties (1981-1990) -10 (1990)
Today 4th January’2023 is the twenty-ninth ‘Remembrance Anniversary’ of the great music-director Rahul Dev Burman whom we fondly know by his nickname ‘Pancham’.
Rahul Dev Burman was born on 27th June’1939 and he passed away on 4th January’1994 at the age of only 54.
As a tribute to him on the blog, today we will enjoy a song composed by him from the movie of the decade 1981-1990. Under this special series where we have been visiting Pancham’s music year wise from 1981 to 1990 today we will look at the movies of the year 1990.
Before that let us have a look at the Pancham’s filmography as a music director for the decade of 1981-1990.
Sr.No. | Year | No. of movies with music by Pancham |
---|---|---|
1 | 1981 | 20 |
2 | 1982 | 15 |
3 | 1983 | 19 |
4 | 1984 | 17 |

8 | 1988 | 6 |
9 | 1989 | 6 |

From the above we can see that Pancham’s career was already on decline since 1986 – number of movie wise – and his health was also not good. He suffered a heart attack in 1988.
In the year 1990 there were only three movies where Pancham composed music.
Here is the list of these movies.

(Note – I have tried to compile the above table with as much accuracy as possible based on the information available in HFGK Vol-VI (1981-1985) and Hindi Filmography (1986-2000). I would request readers to suggest additions/ corrections if anything is missing. I would also like to apologise if there is any mistake on my part while compiling this table. We will be further adding the filmography of Pancham for the decade 1971-1980 and earlier than that, and also movies further after 1990 to have a complete filmography of Pancham in the future on the blog.).
Till then let us enjoy today’s song composed by Pancham…
Let us pay our tributes to Pancham and thank him for all the great music which he left behind us to enjoy.

Hullo Atuldom
21st December 1963 is the date of birth of Shri Govind Arun Ahuja, so that means he steps into the 59th year of his life on 21st December 2021. Govind Arun Ahuja is the son of former actor Arun Kumar Ahuja and singer-actress Nirmala Devi. We all know Govind Arun Ahuja as Govinda, he is the youngest of six children. Many members of his family- niece and nephews- are also into acting as also his daughter Tina.
He saw the Mithun starrer “Disco Dancer” and practiced dancing for hours, made a promotional VHS cassette and circulated it to various production houses in a bid to make in-roads into Bollywood. Anand Singh; who played Amol Palekar’s friend in ‘Gol Maal’ and was the person who mouths the dialogue ‘aao aao mere late lateef’ in the football match scene; was an assistant to Hrishikesh Muherjee; is Govinda’s mama. He is the one who offered him “Tan-Badan” where he was cast opposite Khushboo (who later became a superstar/actor in South Indian films). Around the same year, he also signed up for “Love ’86” and “Ilzaam”. Eventually, “Love ’86” was his first release, followed by “Ilzaam” and then “Tan-Badan”. Of these, “Love ’86” and “Ilzaam” were super successful.
That was the period when the super actors of yesteryears viz.- Raj Kumar, Dilip Kumar, Jeetendra, Dharmendra, Ashok Kumar, Pran, Rajesh Khanna, Vinod Khanna etc.- were on their second innings of their career, meaning playing senior characters. Govinda has played second lead and other such characters in movies with these seniors. That was the way his journey in Bollywood started. He has completed 35 years in the entertainment industry. He has been a hero to actresses like Khushboo, Farha, Mandakini, Neelam, Karisma Kapoor, Kimi Katkar, Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla, Meenakshi Seshadri, even Sridevi played his romantic interest in two movies. Any post on Govinda is incomplete without the mention of David Dhawan (who gave him a series of hits with the ‘No.1’ tag), Kadar Khan, Shakti Kapoor and Johnny Lever- constants in all Govinda films of the ’90s.
Kishore Kumar was very much present around the time that Govinda made his debut and today we are having a Kishore Kumar Asha Bhonsle – a hit jodi- duet on another hit Jodi- Govinda and Neelam. It is from the 1988 release “Hatya” which was directed by Kirti Kumar (Govinda’s brother). The songs of the movie were written by Indeevar and tuned by Bappi Lahirri. It had a cast of Anupam Kher, Raj Kiran, Om Shivpuri, Johnny Lever, Babu Anthony (a tall, lanky & good looking actor of south Indian films who hasd a great physique too), Aparajitha etc along with Baby Sujitha who played a deaf and mute child around whom the story revolves. It was a remake of a Malayalam movie that was originally directed by Fazil who also wrote the movie in for Hindi along with Kadar Khan. The deaf and mute boy , who is a witness to the brutal murder of his mother, is found by Govinda (Sagar) who makes an effort to locate his parents. Sagar gets into trouble with the cops who think that he is the culprit of the child’s mother. After a few twists and turns the real culprit is apprehended and Sagar gets to walk into the sunset with the little boy’s maasi (Sapna a.k.a. Neelam).
I have seen the Tamil, Malayalam as well as the Hindi versions, a very engrossing movie IMO.
Happy Birthday Govinda…

Lyrics
aap ko agar zaroorat hai
ho ho
ha ha
dil mera haazir e khidmat hai
take take take take
gar gar gar
aap ko agar zaroorat hai
hmm hmm
haan haan
dil mera haazir e khidmat hai
take take take
take take take
kaho kya cheez mohabbat hai
kamzori ya taaqat hai
jisaka naam mohabbat hai
sabse badi woh taaqat hai
aap ko agar zaroorat hai
haan haan
ho ho
dil mera haazir e khidmat hai
take take take
take take take
take take take
take take take
hum toh aap ke paas hain

Blog Day : |

Slowly, steadily, and unnoticeably, the blog reaches yet another blog century. This post is post number 16500 for the blog. In other words, this song is the 165th century post for the blog.
When I thought about writing an article to go with post, I considered going through all the previous century posts. I kept going backwards from 164th century post, 163rd century post. After ten such posts, I gave up. If someone thinks that 164 songs and 164 song articles is a small number, then please try to do that exercise yourself. If one has to make a playlist of these century songs, the entire playlist will play for more than eight hours !
If that is the case for 164 of the choicest songs in the blog, then just imgine how many hours of music the entire blog contains. The blog has been going on at the rate of 3.5 songs a day for 4756 days. Assuming that these three and half songs a day are 12 minutes long then 12 minutes equals 0.2 hours of song every day. Multiply it with 4756. We get 951 hours of song in the blog. 951 hours means 40 days of non stop music if one plays it 24 hours a day without a break.
No normal human being will be able to do it, of course. If a normal music lover decides to savour music from the blog for just one hour a day, then he will have enough masala in the blog to last 951 days, viz 2 years and 8 months. During these 951 days, the blog would add another 195 hours of music, of course. 🙂
I think, some of our regulars have tried it. They should share their experiences with us. Since I post the articles and listen to the song myself, and that too more than once, I must have heard these songs for say 2000 hours already, but in a manner that did not burden me. Rather I must have enjoyed the experience, seeing that I am still at it, after more than 13 years.
The blog completed its 13th birthday recently, on 19 July 2021. Four articles were posted on the occasions. One was a Lata Mangeshkar yearwise songs series, which has been appearing every monday in the blog for the last 45 mondays. Other three articles, by three different regulars, were blog birthday celebration posts. My Lata Mangeshkar song series takes so much time out of me that it does not leave me time for any other article on mondays from me. That is why I could not post any special blog birthday articles. So I decisded to use this century post as century post cum belated blog birthday celebrating writeup. 🙂
As is usual now a days, our century posts are low key affairs. Our regulars do not seem to wait eagerly for them unlike in the past. Even the post writer leaves it till the last moment before he wakes up and starts to look desperately for a song appropriate for the occasion. Surprisingly, despite of such negligence, we always manage to find songs that are eminently suitable for the occasion.
Most of the blog century posts are from the golden era. The blog itself mainly covers songs from that era. But we have songs (including blog century songs) from pre golden era (before 1949) and also songs from post golden era (songs released after 1980).
It is popularly believed that the golden era of HFM was over after 1980. Even then, we continued to get some wonderful songs in HFM. Quite a few songs after 1980 have figured in the blog as blog century songs. Here are their details:
Blog post number | Date (Blog day number) | Song | Movie (Year) | Remarks |
---|---|---|---|---|
4100 | 30 june 2011 (1077) | Aisa lage kahin door se | Trishaagni (1988) | |
9800 | 1 May 2014(2113) | Maine tumse kuchh nahin maanga | Katha (1983) | |
13500 | 3 August 2017(3303) | Ye paisa bolta hai | Kaala Baazaar (1989) | |
15200 | 4 September 2019 (4065) | Dil mein Mars hai | Mission Mangal (2019) | Newest century song in the blog |
15500 | 27 March 2020(4270) | Uljhan ho chaahe koi | Chambal Ke Daaku (1982) | One of the rarest songs |
15600 | 11 May 2020 (4315) | Goriya uski deewaani | Aag Ka Darya (1990) | |
16100 | 15 December 2020 (4533) | Hai ye kaisa nasha | Chorni (1981) |
One can see that as many as six songs from the decade of 1980s have figured i the blog as Blog century posts. But the newest song that has figured as the blog century post is from 2019. This song from Mission Mangal”(2019) became a century post in 2019, viz in the same year when this movie and its songs were released. That is one big surprise for most blog regulars. Even I , who presented the article, was surprised. I had myself forgoten about the fact that I had done something like this, and that too less than two years ago. 🙂
Songs that figure in the blog as blog century songs are special songs in one way or the other. And the speciality varies from one song to another.
The song under discussion is a song that was reasonably popular when the movie was released. The movie was forgotten with time and even this song seemingly went away. There are some songs, that get a second wind for some reasons and this time they become far far popular than what they were the first time round.
I can give quite a few such examples. Here are some examples:
April fool banaya(April fool) was a reasonably popular song of its time that got forgotten with time. In 1983 this song got reived when it was used in an important scene in “Andha Kaanoon”(1983).
Ek chatur naar(Padosan)(1968) was hardly popular during the first run of the movie. It is only after 1980s that this song has become an extremely popular song and it seems to have become more popular and this popularity is here to stay.
Main teri dushman dushman tu meri main naagan to sapera (Nagina) had run its course and had been forgotten. The song earned huge popularity in march 2018, thanks to reasons that had nothing to do be music and Indians. Non Indians popularised this song thanks to their childish pranks on the field of cricket. My writeup on this song described the funny episode leading to the revival of this song in this article.
The song under discussion got its second wind thanks to dance competion shows that have become popular on Indian TV. On these dance songs, ordinary folks dance on some olf Hindi film dance songs. In one episode one middle aged man, Sanjeev Sriastava (a ka Dabbu Uncle) performed dance on stage on this song alongwith his wife and took the TV audience by storm. Even Govinda, who originally danced on this song found Dabbu Uncle’s dance cute. This song was performed on screen by Govinda and Neelam. On a dance show, both of them were invited as judges. This song had earned such popularity by then that the two of then were asked to come on stage and dance on the song, three decades after they had originally danced on this song on screen. And they obliged.
And here is Dabbu uncle getting to perform with Govinda himself.
It goes without saying that this is one song that has been repopularised by an ordinary man. That is the power of an ordinar man. 🙂
The movie the song belonged to was “Khudgarz”(1987). The movie was produced and directed by Rakesh Roshan for Fimkraft, Bombay. The movie had Jeetendra, Shatrughan Sinha, Govinda, Bhanupriya, Amrita Singh, Neelam Kothari, Kadar Khan, Kiran Kumar, Saeed Jaffrey, Sudhir Dalvi,Sushma Seth, Praveen Kumar, Sangeeta Naik, Ghanshyam, Dinesh Hingoo, Satyen Kapoo, Mac Mohan, Master Javed Hyder etc in it. Rishi Kapoor and Abhi Bhattacharya had figured in guest appearances in the movie.
The movie was based on the story “Kane and Abel” penned by Jeffrey Archer without acknowedgement. Jeffrey Archer accused the maker of plagiarising his intellectual right without paying for it. It was the first time that a movie produced by Rakesh Roshan hit the jackpot at the box office. The movie was subsequently made in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Odia etc as well.
Here is this song from “Khudgarz”(1987). It is sung by Md Aziz and Sadhana Sargam. Indeewar is the lyricist. Music is composed by Rajesh Roshan.
Since it is the dance on the song that has repopularised the song, I was curous to know who was the dance master. I had to watch the movie for a few mintes, till the first song appeared on screen, accompanied by credits. According to credits Dances are choreographed by Suresh Bhatt. His assistants were Aruna and Sujata.
Here is this fantastic song. It is a song that has to be savoured by watching its video. The song, and its picturisation has earned enormous popularity on YT channels which was hardly the case a few years ago.
The movie makes its debut in the blog with this song.
With this song, the blog now had 16500 song posts in it. I take this opportunity to thank one and all whose continuous support and encouragement keeps fuelling this labour of love musical bandwagon. Like the lyrics of this song, eve for us in the blog “dil bahalta hai mera aapke (is blog pe) aa jaane se”. Keep visiting, keep commenting, and keep supporting us with your encouragement. We still have lots and lots of musical gems to discover and savour.

“Ghar Ka Chiraag” is a title that has been used twice in Bollywood- in 1967 and 1989. The 1967 film had a cast of Dharmendra, Waheeda Rehman, Balraj Sahni, Indrani Mukherjee, Dev Kumar, Biswajeet etc and had music by Madan Mohan for songs written by Kaifi Azmi. This was directed and produced by Jagdev Bhambri.
The 1989 film had Rajesh Khanna leading a cast of Neelam, Chunky Pandey, Om Shivpuri, Shafi Inamdaar, Navin Nischol and Dipika Chikhalia in a special appearance. It had music by Bappi Lahiri and Anjaan was the lyricist. This one was directed by Sikander Bharti and produced by Rajeev Kumar Choudhry.
The content in both the films seem to be different going by the synopsis available on the internet. But I know for a fact that “Ghar Ka Chiraag” (1989) was majorly inspired by the 1969 Balraj Sahni- Sadhana- Sanjay Khan starrer “Ek Phool Do Mail”. This statement of mine is sufficient to give the followers an idea about the movie, correct? Of course, there were minor differences in the story. In “Ek Phool Do Mali” (EPDM) Sadhana becomes an unwed mother because she is molested, whereas “Ghar Ka Chiraag” (GKC) had Neelam getting pregnant with Chunky Pandey’s child. In EPDM Sanjay was a mountaineer and GKC had Chunky as a racing enthusiast. Rest of the story was same in both the movies. And both movies had melodious songs.
GKC had eight songs with two songs having happy and sad versions. “Tutak tutak tutak tutiya” was very popular when the movie had released and I think it was inspired by some Punjabi folk song; this one had two versions. Another song ‘yeh kismat hai kya, jaanta hai wahi’ also had two versions. The happy version is when Kumar (Rajesh Khanna) is celebrating his happiness with wife (Deepika) and friends. We see that this song is echoing the thoughts that Dilip Kumar and Shammi Kapoor had put forth in this song.
In the second version we have Rajesh Khanna singing out his life experiences, and says ‘ek thokar lagi, toota sara nasha’.
Bappi Lahiri used Mohammad Aziz, Amit Kumar and Sapna Mukherjee (youtube is crediting Alka Yagnik for this song, need confirmation) for this song and Alisha Chinai and Amit Kumar for ‘Tutak tutak tutiya’. Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik and Sarika Kapoor (another new name, for me at least) were the other playback singers.
Mohammad Aziz who sang the sad version of today’s song would have celebrated his 67th birthday on July 2nd. He was born in Kolkatta. He sang, primarily, in Hindi, Bengali and Odia films plus some Sufi devotional songs and also various genres in 10 other languages. He was also credited as Munna in some movies. ‘Mard’ by Anu Malik was his breakthrough though the 1984 movie ‘Amber’ with music by Sapan-Jagmohan was his debut in Bollywood. He has sung alongside all the prominent singers of the ’80s and ’90s with music composed by RD Burman, Laxmi-Pyare, Ravindra Jain, Raamlaxman etc; even OP Nayyar and Naushad.
Amit Kumar who has sung the duet with Sapna Mukherjee (or it could be Alka Yagnik, as per the tagging on youtube) celebrates his birthday on July 3rd turns 69!!!!! Is it so!!!!! Unbelieveable!!!! Cannot think of some people as aging, right no 🙂
We have enough fans of Amit Kumar on this blog and everyone knows his history, lineage etc. His last film appearance was in the 1989 release ‘Mamta Ki Chhaon’ which was a movie left incomplete by Kishore Kumar-his father. He had acted in many movies made by his father beginning with “Door Gagan Ki Chhaon Mein” in 1964. He won the Filmfare award for best singer in 1982 for the 1981 release “Love Story”.
Here is remembering Munna a.k.a Mohammad Aziz on his birth anniversary and Wishing Amit Kumar many more Happy Returns. May he continue to entertain us. He is launching a special RD Burman tribute on his birth-date on his YouTube channel… looking forward to it

Song-Ye kismat hai kya jaante hain wahi zamaane mein hai jinki kismat buri (Ghar Ka Chiraag)(1989) Singers-Alka Yagnik/ Sapna Mukherjee, Amit Kumar, Lyrics-Anjaan, MD-Bappi Lahiri
Lyrics

Happy version

aadmi kismat se kya
lad paayega bolo yahaan
darr ke kismat se ruka hai
iss zameen pe aasmaan
ye kismat hai kya jaante hain wahi
zamaane mein hai jinki kismat buri
ye kismat hai kya jaante hain wahi
zamaane mein hain jinki kismat buri
hooo ooooo
ooooo
ye kismat hai kya kisne dekha yahaan
ye kismat hai kya kisne dekha yahaan
apni kismat banaata hai khud aadmi
ye kismat hai kya jaante hai wahi
zamaane mein hain jinki kismat buri
ye kismat hai kya kisne dekha yahaan
apni kismat banaata hai khud aadmi
jitne oonche ho insaan ke hausle
utne oonche mahal uske kadmon taley
ho jitne oonche ho insaan ke housle
utne unche mahal uske kadmon taley
jinki mehenat ke dam se mahal hai khade
unko rehne ko milte hai kyon jhonpde
unki mehenat main ye akal shaamil na thhi
apni kismat banaata hai khud aadmi
ye kismat hai kya jaante hain wahi
zamaane mein hai jinki kismat buri
laakh mehnat se seenche koi gulsitaan
baag mein gul khila na sake baaghbaan
laakh mehnat se seenche koi gulsitaan
baag mein gul khila na sake baaghbaan
uski mehenat mein hogi kahi kuchh kami
warna kya hai jo kar na sake aadmi
aadmi khud ko insaan bana na saka
apni kismat banaayega kya aadmi
ye kismat hai kya kisne dekha yahaan
apni kismat banaata hai khud aadmi
hai donon ke dam pe ye duniya khadi
ye kismat hai kya jaante hain khadi
zamaane mein hain jinki kismat buri
ye kismat hai kya kisne dekha yahaan
apni kismat banaata hai khud aadmi
——————————————–
Sad version (Sung by Md Aziz )
——————————————–
har dua ek baddua
kyun ban gayi,
pal mein yahaan
bewafa kismat bhi,
uthth gaya sar se aasmaan
ye kismat hai kya jaanta hai wahi
zamaane mein hai jiski kismat buri
aadmi khud ko insaan bana na saka
apni kismat banayega kya aadmi
ye kismat hai kya jaanta hai wahi
zamaane mein hai jinki kismat buri
ye kismat hai karti ajab faisle
yahaan milke sab kuchh
bhi kuchh na miley
bhatakti hai yoon dar-badar zindagi
ke marke bhi insaan mar na sakey
ye kismat hai kya jaanta hai wahi
zamaane mein hai jiski kismat buri
ek thhokar lagi toota saara nasha
ab hai jaanaa kahaan kuchh nahin hai pata
laake kismat ne chhoda hai kis mod par
jo musaafir thha khud ban gaya raasta
ye kismat hai kya jaanta hai wahi
zamaane mein hai jiski kismat buri
aadmi khud ko insaan bana na saka
apni kismat banayega kya aadmi
Mera dil tota ban jaaye

Hullo Atuldom
This is a post to wish Suyash Pandey on his 58th birthday (DoB 25 September 1962). His mother was a physician and a personal dietitian to Rekha in the ’80s. His father was in the team of surgeons who performed the first ever heart transplant in India at Mumbai’s KEM Hospital in the 70s. Suyash Pandey’s daughter is also in movies and she made her debut in 2019.
I am talking of the smart, tall and lively actor who is popular as Chunky Pandey (his daughter is Ananya Pandey). He made his debut in 1987 in the Shibu Mitra directed multi-starrer “Aag Hi Aag” playing Moushumi Chatterjee and Dharmendra’s son. That movie was produced by Pahlaj Nihalani. Neelam Kothari was his love-interest in that movie. Chunky’s “Paap Ki Duniya” (1988) was his second with producer Nihalani and director Shibu Mitra. This was also a multi-starrer. It also had Neelam as the female lead. Only difference was, here Neelam was in love with Sunny Deol’s character.
I remember seeing the movie at the time of its release, of course with my all-time moving-seeing companion ‘my dad’. After sitting through the movie, which he enjoyed thoroughly, he said that the story is same as Raj Kapoor’s “Awaara”. That is, the son of an honest cop (Pran) is kidnapped by a notorious criminal (Danny), and is brought up to be a professional thief and criminal (Sunny Deol). The movie has enough twists and turns because of which the criminal’s son (Chunky) is brought up by the cop and he becomes a cop, hot on the heels of the criminals Danny and Sunny. And then everyone finds out their blood-relatives and we have a happy ‘the end’ and Inspector Vijay (Chunky) is happy to see Ashok alias Suraj (Sunny) marrying Aarthi (Neelam).
Chunky is one actor who was mostly seen in multi-starrers and was nominated for the best supporting actor award for his role in “Tezaab”, where he played Anil Kapoor’s friend Baban, who helps Anil (Munna) find Mohini (Madhuri) when Lotiya Pathan (Kiran Kumar) kidnaps her.
But IMHO he was best, playing comic characters – his “Aankhen” with Govinda is the best case to prove my point. Of course, his career took a slight beating when the Khan’s appeared on the Bollywood firmament but he has managed to find a footing in movies of the new millennium and is seen doing varied characters which are not necessarily comedy or romantic and also not the typical character actor type roles.
He was a decent dancer and today’s song is proof of that. It is from “Paap Ki Duniya” which is written by Anjaan and Bappi Lahiri is the music director. S. Janaki and Kishore Kumar are the playback. The song was decently popular in those days when the movie released and is based on some Marathi folk song. I also feel that there may be a Marathi original to this song.
As I was seeing the video (after years) a few things struck me:-
(1) the Marathi saris that Neelam wears are the same colors as the dresses preceding them.
(2) Bappi Lahiri had a field day composing the interlude music which has both western and folk beats.
(3) The choreographer must have enjoyed composing the dance as both the artists were decent dancers. By the way, this song was Inspector Vijay’s fantasy.
A very Happy Birthday to Chunky who has a knack of cracking up at jokes of which he is often the target.

Song-Mera dil tota ban jaaye kaisa mithhu mithhu bole haaye(Paap Ki Duniya)(1988) Singers-Kishore Kumar, S Janaki, Lyrics-Anjaan, MD-Bappi Lahiri
Lyrics
(BIRD SOUNDS)

jaanoon main jaanoon baatein banaake,
tu kaisa chakkar chalaaye
kyun dil tota ban jaaye
kaahe mithu mithu bole haaye
kyun dil tota ban jaaye

kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
main tera tota
tu meri maina
maane na kyun kehna
phoolon ke jaisi teri jawaani
phoolon ke jaisi teri jawaani,
jaane kya jaadu chalaaye
mera dil tota ban jaaye,

kyun dil tota ban jaaye,
kaahe mithu mithu bole haaye haaye
garmi ho

ya barse barsaat
barson se
main tera
peechha karoon din raat
tu aaye
jab aaye
keh jaaye woh baat
woh teri
baat mujhe
sone na de saari raat
mera dil tota ban jaaye,
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
o mera dil tota ban jaaye,
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
main tera tota
tu meri maina
maane na kyun kehna
phoolon ke jaisi teri jawaani
phoolon ke jaisi teri jawaani
jaane kya jaadu chalaaye
mera dil tota ban jaaye
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
kyun dil tota ban jaaye,
kaahe mithu mithu bole haaye
main teri
dil tera
dil leke raaja
chal mil ke
ud jaaye
ham aasmaano ke paar
meri jaan
badhke tu
thhaam le mera haath
pyaar ke woh
pankh mile
ud jaaoon main tere saath
mera dil tota ban jaaye
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
mera dil tota ban jaaye,
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
tu mera tota
main tere maina,
maanoongi main kehna
jab pyar aisa
haan tere jaisa
woh pyaar aisa
haan teri jaisa
dil ko kabhi chhoo jaaye
mera dil tota ban jaaye,
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
mera dil tota ban jaaye,
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
mera dil tota ban jaaye,
kaisa mithu mithu bole haye
mera dil tota ban jaaye,
kaisa mithu mithu bole haaye
Pyaar karte hain ham tumhe itna
