“Ghar Ka Chiraag” (1967) was a Hari Natraj Films production. It was directed by Jagdev Bhambhri. The movie had Biswajeet, Waheeda Rehman, Dharmendra,Dev Kumar, Indrani Mukherjee, Balraj Sahni, Chand Usmani,Mohan Choti, Abhi Bhattacharya, Purnima, Shekhar Purohit, V.Gopal,Tuntun etc in it.
I am surprised that a movie with an impressive star cast like this is not all that well know. Iam not aware about the details of this movie. In fact, this movie has not yet been represented in the blog so far.
Here is the first song from this movie in the blog. This song is a “mother” song sung by Lata and it sings paens about the Mother.
The wonderful lyrics of this song have been penned by Kaifi Azmi. Madan Mohan is the music director.
It is an ideal “Mother Day” song, not that this song cannot be heard on other days. Today (25 june) is a good occasion to listen to this song, as it is the birth anniversary of Madan Mohan.

DevKumar & Indrani Mukherjee must be the main starcast and all the big stars must appeared in guest artistes.It is my guess work.
And the video shows MadanMohanji`s Wife and his children.I know Madan Mohanji`s son`s name -Sanjeev Kohli.
Please someone confirmthe correctness of this fact.
