“Vish Kanya” (1943) was a Ranjit Production movie. The movie was directed by Kidar Sharma. It had Surendra, Sadhana Bose, Prithviraj kapoor, Kamla, Leela Mishra, Sulochana, Brijmala etc in it.
Two songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the third song from the movie. This song is sung by Amirbai Karnataki. Kidar Sharma is the lyricist. Music is composed by Khemchand Prakash.
Only the audio of this song is available and so it is difficult to say how and on whom this song is picturised. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song.
I am unable to get the lyrics down fully to muy satisfaction and there may be a few words that may not be the corrrect ones. I request our readers with keener ears to pint out the correct words.

The song is listed in th Geet Kosh at no. 9 in the list of 12 songs for this film. Albeit, there is a lead in couplet which is the first part of the print line at no. 9.
The lead in couplet starts with “Ab To Saawan Aag Lagaaye. . .”.
The complete print line is “Ab To Saawan Aag Lagaaye. . . Udd Jaa Re. . .”.
I checked a couple of other sources but have not been able to locate a recording that includes the above mentioned lead in couplet.

Thank you Sudhirji for clarification. I was thinking the same too that this song must be represented under different name in the geet kosh list, but since i dont have geet kosh with me right now, wasnt able to figure it out.

The 18th line should read ‘pee kahan sun kar gayee duniya kisi ki dol.’

‘kaise rashq karte’ should be replaced by ‘kaise rah takte’ which means keep waiting. ‘aise ki ek’ is actually ‘akse kiye’. Kalol karna like Chaukri bharna is a Hindi phrase meaning to play or to be in a playful mood.

‘akse’ is my mistake. Kindly read it as ‘aise’. In full it should read ‘aise kiye kalol’.
