“Bin Baadal Barsaat” (1963) was produced by N C Sippy and directed by Jyoti Swaroop for Uttam Chitra Production. The movie had Biswajit, Asha Parekh, Nishi Kohli,Mehmood, Dev Kishen, Padma aka Padma Chavan, S.N.Bannerji, Moni Chatterji, Rammurti, Lal Bahadur, Bela, Amir, Dubey, Anwari etc in it.
Six songs from this movie have been discussed in the past.
Going through the list of songs of “”Bin Badal Barsaat”(1963) it appears that Mehmood with his CSP (Comic side plot) had taken up considerable portion of the movie. One such song picturised on Mehmood and Nishi Kohli had already been discussed in the blog.
Here is another CSP song picturised on Mehmood. The lady with him is Padma Chawan this time. This song is sung by Rafi. Shakeel Badayuni is the lyricist. Music is composed by Hemant Kumar.

Another song from this Bin badal barsaat movie “dil mein teri yaad sanam lab pe tera naam” also picturised on same pair i.e., Mehmood and Padma Chauhan,
And the only one dance song of the above movie was picturised on Nishi Kohli i.e,Asha bhosle sung “Bin Badal barsaat na hogi, o deewanon, o nadaano”
