“Kotwaal Sahab”(1977) was produced by Pawan Kumar and it directed by Hrishikesh Mukherji for Amiya Art International. Bimal Dutt had written the story and screenplay. The movie had Shatrughan Sinha, Aparna Sen, Utpal Dutt, Sudhir, Asrani, Ritu Kamal, David Abraham, Raza Murad, Kanu Roy, Amal Sen, Jerry, Mridula Rani, Siddhartha, Anand Pal, Masterjee, Raj Verma etc in it, with Padma Khanna, Manmohan, Protima Devi, Om Shivpuri, Dulari in special appearances.

“Paaras”(1949) was directed by Anant Thakur for All India Pictures, Bombay. The movie had Rehman, Kamini Kaushal, Murad, K. N. Singh, Madhubala, Sulochana Chatterji, Sapru, Gope, Amar, Pratima Devi, Cuckoo etc in it.

“Dharti Ke Laal”(1946) was directed by K A Abbas for Indian People Theatre Association, Bombay. This “social” movie, which was a kind of movie that would be described as “art” movie in 1970s, had Shambhu Mitra, Usha Dutt, Balraj Sahni, Damyanti Sahni, Anwar Mirza, Tripti Bhaduri, Mahendra nath, Vishwamitra Adil, Snehprabha, David, K N Singh etc in it.
