“Bhanwar”(1947) was directed by Madhu Patel for Chitra Bharati Limited, Bombay. This obscure movie had Shameem, Balwant Singh, Nirupa Roy, Maya Devi, Majid, Masaood etc in it. HFGK mentions mukhdas of eight songs and leaves gaps indicating that there were more songs in the movie whose details are not available.
Here is the first song from “Bhanwar”(1947) to appear in the blog. This rare song is sung by Naseem Akhtar and it is composed by Khan Mastana. There were three lyricists in the movie but who penned which song is not mentioned in HFGK. The uploader of this song mentions Ehsan Rizvi as the lyricist.
I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the movie as well as on the picturisation of this song.
I may have erred at a few places while noting down the lyrics of the song. I request our readers with keener ears to help suggest corrections as applicable in the lyrics.
With this song, “Bhanwar”(1947) makes its debut in the blog.
Song-Hai jo khizaan naseeb mein (Bhanwar)(1947) Singer-Naseem Akhtar, Lyrics-Ehsaan Rizvi, MD-Khan Mastaana
Lyrics
Hai jo khizaan
Hai jo khizaan
aan aan
Hai jo khizaan naseeb mein
aayegi phir bahaar kya
Hai jo khizaan naseeb mein
aayegi phir bahaar kya
mere liye sab ek hai
phool kkahaan ke khaar kya
Hai jo khizaan
aan aan
Hai jo khizaan naseeb mein
aayegi phir bahaar kya
aa aa aa
rote rahe jo tum yoonhi
guzregi gham mein zindagi
o o o
rote rahe jo tum yoonhi
guzregi gham mein zindagi
jaati huyi jawaaniyaan
aayengi baar baar kya
jaati huyi jawaaniyaan
aayengi baar baar kya
hai jo khizaan aan aan
Hai jo khizaan
aan aan
Hai jo khizaan naseeb mein
aayegi phir bahaar kya aa
o o o o
o o o o
shaam se raat ho chali
dil ka kamal na khil saka
shaam se raat ho chali
dil ka kamal na khil saka
kaatenge taare gin ke ham
ye shab e intezaar kya
kaatenge taare gin ke ham
ye shab e intezaar kya
hai jo khizaan aan aan
Hai jo khizaan
aan aan
Hai jo khizaan naseeb mein
aayegi phir bahaar kya aa aa

Dear Shri Atul, I am looking for a song sung by unknown female singer, around early 1940s with internal words of song as “apne bhi huye begane, sab sukh ke sathi chhut gaye, dukh aaya hamen manane… aarmanon ki is bagiya ki har daal pe sukh ka jhula tha, har kali muskati thi, har phool khushi se khila tha….”. Most probably, singer is Firoza begum or Kanan devi or Naseem Akhtar, I am not sure. It is the fifth song in “Vintage music of India” posted by IMIRZA777. I could find all other songs in that post on You-tube or in your list of songs, but not this one. Could you please help me finding this song ?

Ravindra Saraykar, it is Ila Ghosh singing “Woh din na rahe raaten na rahin apne bhi hue begaane” from MANZOOR (1949). The music is by Pankaj Mullick and lyrics are by Pandit Bhushan.
