“Jyoti”(1969) was produced by A Devdas and directed by Dulal Guha for Chitra Mitra productions. The movie had Sanjeev Kumar, Nivedita, Aruna Irani, Abhi Bhattacharya, Tarun Bose, Moppet Soorja aka Sarika, Lalita Kumari, Jagdeep, Gopal Saigal, Pardesi, Shekhar Purohit etc in it.
The movie had five songs in it. Three songs from the movie have been discussed in the past.
Here is the fourth song from the movie to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Kishore Kumar. Anand Bakshi is the lyricist. Music is composed by S D Burman.
Surprisingly, this song had ended up becoming a rare song by now. The audio as well as the video is difficult to locate. The partial video of the song is available which shows that this song is picturised as a romantic comedy (or may be comical romantic ) song on Jagdeep and Aruna Irani. The audio is thankfully complete and not partial.
