This date ten years ago (26 April 2012) was an extremely productive day for the blog. As many as nine songs from nine different movies were covered on this day. Here are the details:-

One can observe that as many as seven movies (out of nine) whose songs were covered ten years ago on this date have since been YIPPEED. That leaves us with only two movies that are still eligible for Blog Ten Year Challenge today (26 April 2022).
“Bade Ghar Ki Bahu”(1960) is one of the movies.
“Bade Ghar Ki Bahu”(1960) was Produced by J.S.Puri and directed by Kundan Kumar for Life and Arts, Bombay. The movie had Geeta Bali, Abhi Bhattacharya, Kuldeep aka Kuldeep Kaur, Sunder, Shammi, Neeru, Bhagwan Sinha, Chanda Bai, Niranjan Sharma, Shela Vaz, Nagpal etc in it.
The movie had 7 songs in it. Three songs have been covered so far.
Here is the fourth song from “Bade Ghar Ki Bahu”(1960) as part of Blog Ten Year Challenge today (26 April 2022). The song is sung by Asha Bhonsle. Chitragupta is the music director. There were four lyricists in the movie (Prem Dhawan, Sarashar Sailani, Anjum Jaipuri, Tanvir Naqvi) but lyricist for this song is not known.
The song is picturised as a club dance song on Sheila Vaz. Kuldeep Kaur and Abhi Bhattacharya, playing love birds are seen among the audience.
