“Chingaari”(1955) was produced and directed by S Srivastava for Cooperative Pictures, Bombay. The movie had Nalini Jaywant, Shekhar, Pran, Leela Mishra, Sunalini Devi, Pratima Devi, Asima, Shivraj, Randhir, Sarita, Ramesh Sinha etc in it.
“Chingaari”(1955) had eight songs in it. Seven songs have been covered in the past. Here are their details:-

One observes that all songs in this movie are solo songs. One song is a male solo sung by Talat Mehmood. The remaining songs are female solos.
Here is the eighth and final song from the movie to appear in the blog. The song, a female solo like most other songs, is sung by Lata Mangeshkar. Shailendra is the lyricist. Music is composed by Manohar Arora.
The movie had six Lata Mangeshkar solos in the movie. All of them were penned by Shailendra. In addition there was another female solo that was sung by Nalini Jaiwant. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song.
