“Naach Uthhe Sansaar”(1976) was directed by Yakub Hasan Rizvi for Regal Theatres, Bombay. The movie had Shashi Kapoor, Hema Malini, Simmi Garewal, Rajinder Nath, Leela Mishra etc in it.
HFGK lists six songs in “Naach Uthhe Sansaar”(1976). But I notice that song number 1 (aa jaa re aaja) and song number 6 (sookhi dharti dhool udaawe) is one single song that is erroneously mentioned as two separate songs in HFGK.
Three songs from the movie have been covered in the past.
Here is the fourth song from “Naach Uthhe Sansaar”(1976). This song is sung by Rafi. Majrooh Sultanpuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal.
Only audio of the song appears to be available on line at present. In case this song was picturised, it has to be on Shashi Kapoor as a stage performance song, considering that other songs sung by Rafi in the movie were picturised on Shashi Kapoor..
PS:-As informed by Sadanand Kamath jee in his comments, this song is picturised on Shashi Kapoor, but it is not a stage performance song, rather a song performed at ground level in a village. Shashi Kapoor is accompanied by Rajendranath and Aruna Irani. Now the video of the song has also been added.

Lyrics
mujhko jeene kee to dua sabhee dete
mujhko jeene kee to dua sabhee dete
dil kee dawa naheen aata koi leke
logwa kaahe mujhe zahar naheen dete
jakhmee jiya phiroon kahaan kahaan leke
mujhko jeene kee to dua sabhee dete
ab ye maadal ye dhun ye taraana

mujhko laage na kuchh bhee suhaana aa
mujhko laage na kuchh bhee suhaana
man begaana to jag hai begaana
o re sajaniya bataa ye ye deewaana
jakhmee jiya phire
jakhmee jiya haaye
jakhmee jiya phire kahaan kahaan leke
logwa kaahe mujhe zahar naheen dete
sajnee bin hai najar meree pyaasee

us bin jaaye na jiya kee udaasee
us bin jaaye na jiya kee udaasee
ab ye jeewan galey kee hai phaansee
tootey phanda na nikle re jiyara
mar mar jeena mera
mar mar jeena haaye haaye
mar mar jeena mera haeye koi dekhe
logwa kaahe mujhe jahar naheen dete
dil kee dawa naheen aata koi leke
mujhko jeene ki to dua sabhee dete
jakhmi jiya phire kahaan kahaan leke

Atul ji,
It is a lovely song. The lyrics of the song seem to tell some background story. So I watched the context of the song on the film’s VCD online. You are correct that Rafi sings for Shashi Kapoor but the song is picturised on him as well as on Aruna Irani and Rajendranath. Being in the village, it is not technically a stage song as it is performed on the ground.
The context of the song is that after recovering from the head injury suffered during his scuffle with Tiwari, Shashi Kapoor is discharged from the hospital and being a singer, the hospital authorities have arranged his singing and dance programme for a visiting politician. The song reflects Shashi Kapoor’s frustration with his love interest (Hema Malini, daughter of Tiwari) who will marry him only if her father approves of the marriage. But he does not approve Shashi Kapoor as a bridegroom because he is a poor farmer.
