“Apna Khoon Apna Dushman”(1969) was directed by Kamran for Rainbow Films, Bombay. This movie, described as “social” movie by HFGK, but a B grade Daku movie in reality, had Dara Singh, Sanjana, Kamran, Tiwari, Maruti, Meenakshi, Mumtaz Begam, Habib, Anjum, Dilip Dutt, Tun Tun, Fazal Khan, Khurshid Khan, Shyam Kumar etc in it.
The story of the movie was given by our beloved inhouse encyclopaedia Mr Arunkumar Deshmukh in a comment on the first song from this movie. Here is the story of the movie as recounted by him:
APNA KHOON APNA DUSHMAN-1969 was a revenge story with the background of dacoits.
Thakur Pratap Singh’s young son is kidnapped by Jaggu Daku. He raises the child as Shera Daaku, as Jaggu wants to kill the Thakur in the hands of his own son. Shanker, his accomplice knows this story and plants Ajit as Thakur’s lost son, with artificial birth marks on his shoulders. Ajit is accepted with joy, but after some time Ajit feels guilty and decides to bring Thakur’s real son to him. He goes to Shera and tells everything that he is the real son etc, but apparently, Shera does not believe him and he is captured. Thakur also reaches the place to search for Ajit. He too is captured.
Jaggu is happy and orders Shera to kill both. Shera hesitates and requests Jaggu to release them. They are released, but Jaggu wants them killed secretly. Shera goes against Jaggu, saves Thakur and finally Jaggu is killed in action.

We observe that the voice of Asha Bhonsle is present in each and every song of the movie. Curiously, she lends her voice to three different actresses in the three songs.
Here is the fourth and final song of “Apna Khoon Apna Dushman”(1969) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Asha Bhonsle as well. This song is picturised as a mujra dance song on yet another actress whom I am unable to identify. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify her. One of the dancer remains unidentified in the earlier posted song Chhapan chhuri hai mera naam as well. I request our knowledgeable readers to identify her as well.
Note:Prakashchandra, our inhouse expert identifier of obscure artists informs us that the song is picturised on Sheila Ramchandra. He also identifies the previously unidentifid actress in the synchronised dance song Chhapan chhuri hai mera naam as Meenakshi. So now all the actors featuring in the four songs of the movie are identified.
Farooque Kaiser is the lyricist. Music is composed by Lala Sattar.
