‘Anjaam’ (1994) was produced by Rita Rawail and Maharukh Jokhi under the banner of Shiv-Bharat Films. The film was directed by Rahul Rawail. The star cast included Madhuri Dixit and Shah Rukh Khan in primary roles supported by Deepak Tijori (guest appearance), Kiran Kumar, Sudha Chandran, Tinu Anand, Johny Lever, Kalpana Iyer, Himani Shivpuri, Beena, Rumi Jaffrey, Birbal etc. This was the first film of Shah Rukh Khan with Madhuri Dixit and his 3rd film in a negative role after the box office successes of his earlier two films with negative (rather anti-hero) roles in ‘Baazigar’ (1993) and ‘Darr’ (1993).
