This song from “Kraanti” is Manoj Kumar’s version of a patriotic song from pre independence era.
The movie took too much of creative liberty with facts, and the story of the movie is imaginary.
Still, the patriotic song from “Kraanti” was an extremely hummable song. Here is this song, sung by Mahendra Kapoor and picturised on Manoj Kumar. Santosh Anand wrote the lyrics. Laxmikant Pyarelal composed the music.

our blog has changed over the last 2 years. i was just noting that how now a days we colour code the singers, give a separate line for the chorus and also mention the dialogues that occur during the song
