I have mentioned it that the song picturised on Johny Walker in a 1950s movie became so popular that Johny Walker began to get one comedy song in many of his subsequent movies.
These songs were typically sung by Rafi, and many of these songs became quite popular.
Here is a song from “Bahaarein phir bhi aayengi” (1966) which was picturised on Johny Walker. This song has been forgotten by now, but it was a nice timepass song. Lyrics of this song are quite playful. The song has been sung nicely by Rafi and Asha Bhonsle. This song was composed by O P Nayyar, and it was written by Aziz Kashmiri.
Any idea who is the girl who plays Miss Chatterji ?
PS- It appears that she is called Madhvi, going by a comment in the youtube link.

I just remember the song but did not know the movie’s name but i got it from google very good song with nice music thnks to google.

Fantastic and mind blowing sung sung in an inimitable style by Rafi sahab with excellent lip – sync by Johnny Walker.
But I have one doubt. This is with regard to the lyricist of the song. I think the lyrics were penned by Aziz Kashmiri.
I would be thankful if you could clear the doubt.

Dr.Mohan Doshi is right.
While other songs were written by Kaifi Azmi,this song alone was given by Aziz Kashmiri.

Lovely song, I like all the Johny Walker & Rafi saab numbers, they are really fun to listen to. I recently played this song to good friends of mine who are Chatterjees, and they loved it :).

Nice song again I would repeat heard few days back on Radio Ceylon in the program “Ek Hi Film Se” aired at 7.00AM.
I heard this song earlier also but last time it refreshed memories.
