Gaaon mein peepal peepal ki chhainyya

The other day I posted a song from a movie called “Chaand aur Suraj”. I thought that this song was from the same movie. But no, this movie is different. It is called “Suraj aur Chandaa” (1973),
I vaguely recall having listened to this song once or twice, but this song failed to catch up and I forgot all about this song. For all practical purposes, it is a “new” song for me. And what a wonderful song it is ! This song will certainly be regarded as a gem if people have the opportunity to listen to this song. So here is the opportunity for people to listen to this song. It is sung by Rafi. Anand Bakshi is the lyricist and Laxmikant Pyarelal composed the music. This song is picturised on Sanjeev Kumar and Meeta.
Earlier I was unable to locate the video link, but now I have got it (thanks to Raja). And there is no doubt in my mind that this song deserves to be counted among the finest songs sung by Rafi.
