This song from “Joru Ka Bhai” (1955) is sung by Lata. The lyrics of this song sound similar to a Talat Mehmood song from this movie, but the lyrics are different and that has forced me to treat this song as a different song and not as a multiple version song.
Sahir Ludhianvi is the lyricist. Debutant music director Jaidev composed the music.
This movie was produced by Mahashakti Films directed by Chetan Anand. The main cast consisted of Balraj Sahani, Sheila Ramani, Vijay Anand, Johny Walker, Rashid Khan etc. From the cast, it appears that this song was picturised on Shiela Ramani.

Atul ji,
JORU KA BHAI-1955 was not only the debut film for JAIDEV,but also for
VIJAY ANAND for acting debut.
