The tune of this song was inspired from a very popular song ‘que sera sera’ from Alfred Hitchcock movie THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO MUCH (1956).
I thought the version songs were the prerogative of Hindi films but this English song had two versions too. Video clips below :

yet another popular song of Talat mehmood from film JASOOS,MD Anil Biswas and Lyricist Indeevar,was also copied from ‘Que Que Sera Sera’-
“Jeevan hai madhuban,tu is me phool khila…..”
