u seem to ve been awake at night. kal Shivratri nahin tha. 4 u to observe jagran 🙂
this movie released in 1979 and my sister became a gr8 fan of the “dafliwale” song. she used to dance with exactly the same steps as JP.
and by the way i had written this song late in the night without listening to the audio. i later discovered that i ve interchanged the position of the antaras.; the “Dheere chala” stanza comes first then the other one
and the reason i sent the mail late was coz yesterday being sunday i got to the comp only at 11 in the night.
and some parts of india celebrated Ram Navami on saturday. so even i was confused and also celebrated on saturday. toh what difference does the day make as long as we remember it and pray to god.anyway there are daily prayers and special day prayers which keep one busy thro the day. what say!!!!!!??????

Watch Rishi playing the duff perfectly unlike others who play it perfunctorily.. Like his father he had a great musical sense. Though his father could play almost all instruments.

I saw this movie in Delhi with a friend and his mother. I was not sure whether I liked the movie or not. But my friends mom loved it totally and said it was a spiritual kind of a movie.
Trust Rishi to pep up a song, He really know how to grab attention, He is a great actor and a showman.

I watched the movie because everyone watched it. I was not a Rishi Kapoor fan and so I avoided watching his movies which were mostly with Neetu Singh.
