“Pyaar Ka Saagar” (1961) was produced by Fimrays and directed by Devendra Goel. The movie had Rajendra Kumar, Meena Kumari, Madan Puri, Mohan Choti, Malika, O. P. Ralhan, Leela Mishra, Jagdish Raj etc in it.
I have discussed two songs from this movie in the past. Here is another song from this movie. This song is sung by Mukesh. this song is picturised on Rajendra Kumar (playing a visually impaired person) and Meena Kumari. Prem Dhawan is the lyricist. Music is composed by Ravi.

There’s another stanza to this lovely, melancholy song though most times it is edited out.. It goes:
Idhar mere aansoo, udhar tera hansna
yahan mera lutna, wahan tera basna
mere din andhere, tere din ujale

It is available in this song in the album ‘Jubilee Hits of Rajendra Kumar’ on cassette by HMV (TPHV41117/1984, brought by me on 08.05.1986). I remember this during ‘Yippeeee’ of this movie. However I tried to locate this stanza in the mp3/mp4 format of this song, but could not find.

sada khush rahe tu…
However, the second stanza(or third in the song) mentioned in the post has not been included in this ‘cassette’ version.
