Kabhi inkaar karte ho kabhi iqraar karte ho

I wonder if anyone has ever written a thesis on Hindi movie songs. There are so many topics to chose from if one thinks about it. How about the topic named “A study on the behaviour of a lady being pursued by a man singing a teasing song”.
Personally I can write a well researched dissertation on this topic running into hundreds of pages. But it would obviously be a waste of my time, so I leave this topic to someone who is actually in need of a topic to write his PhD thesis on :).
Writing on this topic would obviously involve discussing teasing songs from Hindi movies and this blog will be a great help to any potential researcher on this topic. As of now, as many as 118 teasing songs have been discussed in this blog !
During the discussion on these songs, I have discussed the various stages on the behaviour of the lady in detail. The initial stage of the song shows the lady extremely angry and she is seen walking off in a huff. The teaser follows in her wake, continuing to lip sync the song.
The lady tries to shake the teaser off, but in vain. I would think that a lady in this situation should find herself becoming more and more angry and decide to have nothing to do with the teaser in future. But some miraculous transformation takes place in the last para of the song as the song enters its third minute. My observations on the 100 plus teasing songs have revealed that the lady begins to respond to the teaser’s advances in the penultimate line of the song and the teaser then concluded his lip syncing, obviously eager to take advantage of the new found responsiveness of the teesee.
This teasing song under discussion is from “Modern Girl”(1961). while by and large adhering to the general principles of Hindi teasing songs, the makers of this song have also incorporated elements from another genre of songs. In this other genre of songs, some roadside performers start singing a “roadside tamasha” song in which they express the feelings of the main characters.
In this song, it is a roadside performer holding a harmonium in his neck who is doing the singing along with a female companion who does the dancing bit, so that Pradeep Kumar has his hands free to just concentrate on pursuing the lady, namely Saeeda Khan.
And in the picturisation, the timing by which the lady should begin to respond had been advanced. In the picturisation, the lady begins to respond as soon as the last para of the song begins, without waiting for the penultimate line of the song.
It is hoped that the above synopsis of a teasing song may have given enough masala for a potential PhD thesis writer on this topic :).
This song, which is sung by Mukesh, is lip synced by this person whom I am unable to identify. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify the two performers.

Song-Kabhi inkaar karte ho kabhi iqraar karte ho(Modern Girl)(1961) Singer-Mukesh, Lyrics-Rajinder Krishan, MD-Ravi
Lyrics(Provided by Atif M)
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
to matlab saaf zaahir hai
kisi se pyaar karte ho
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
to matlab saaf zaahir hai
kisi se pyaar karte ho
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
yeh behki chaal kehti hai
nazar takra gayi hogi
yeh behki chaal kehti hai
nazar takra gayi hogi
mohabbat ki ghata lehra ke
dil pe chha gayi hogi
nigaahen jhuk gayi hongi
qayaamat aa gayi hogi
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
to matlab saaf zaahir hai
kisi se pyaar karte ho
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
yeh aankhen keh rahi hain
jaagne ki in ko aadat hai
yeh aankhen keh rahi hain
jaagne ki in ko aadat hai
kaho woh kaun hai jis ke
tasawwur se mohabbat hai
kabhi to hum se khul jaao
hamein tum se mohabbat hai
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
to matlab saaf zaahir hai
kisi se pyaar karte ho
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
machalti hai hansi honthon pe
tum kaise chhupaaoge
machalti hai hansi honthon pe
tum kaise chhupaaoge
yeh utni hi bikharti hai
ise jitna dabaaoge
mohabbat ek toofan hai
ise tum kya jhukaaoge
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
to matlab saaf zaahir hai
kisi se pyaar karte ho
kabhi inkaar karte ho
kabhi iqraar karte ho
