Haay teri aankh mein wo kamaal hai

When one talks of movies like “Mr India” and “Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja”, one thinks about Anil Kapoor- Sridevi movies of 1980s and 90s. But movies with these titles were originally made in early 1960s. If you ask most music lovers, they will tell you that the music of the early 1960 movies are still nice to listen to.
Mr India (1961) was produced and directed by G P Sippy. The movie had Kamaljeet, Geeta Bali, Helen, Praveen Paul, I S Johar, Hari Shivdasani etc in it. Three songs from this movie have been discussed in the past.
Here is a light hearted song from this movie. It is sung by Rafi. The song is picturised on I S Johar and a lady whom I am unable to identify. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify her. The picturisation shows the lady feeding chillies to I S Johar and the song is about this fact. The way Rafi saab sings, giving the impression of suffering from a heavy dose of sour chillies is wonderful to listen to.

the credit sequences of the movie mentions JAN NISAR AKHTAR`s name as “LYRICIST”(at 00:35)

Both are lyricists for this movie. Anjaan wrote 2 songs, Jaan Nisar wrote other 6.
Anjaan is the lyricist for this particular song.

The lady may be MEENA FERNANDES, I identified her on the basis of Harvey ji`s comments on the song of Gateway of India:
