Only the audio of this song is available and so it is difficult to guess about its picturisation. from the lyrics, I guess it to be a “saaqi”/ bar dance kind of song where drunkard (s) have assembled to imbibe their drinks and a bar dancer/saaqi encourages them to do so, overcoming their guilt feelings if any. The lyrics by Wali sahab are quite nice and cute, viz.

what an interesting way to describe the fact that a bottle containing liquor has been brought.
