“Yatrik”(1952) was directed by Kartik Chatterji for New Theatres, Calcutta. This movie had Basant Chaudhary, Tulsi Chakraborty, Abhi Bhattacharya, Shishir Batavyal, Nitish Mukherji, Gaurishankar, Lalit Chatterji, Natwar, Kamal Mishra, Manoj Chatterji, Keshto Das, Arundhati Mukherji, Maya Mukherji, Molina Devi, Rajlaxmi, Manorama, Ashalata, Maya Bose, Vandana Devi, Roma Devi, Kanaklata, Mukul Jyoti, Protima Bose, Jayshree Sen etc in it.
Eight songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. The movie has other songs too, but they are all rare movies and their details are not available even in HFGK. To make matters worse, lots of “cover” versions of these songs sung by cover version artists have come up which have all but pushed the original songs out of circulation. The only way to locate these songs to by getting hold of the video of the movie. The video of the movie is quite rare to locate as well.
Here is the ninth song from the movie. This song, an extremely rare one, is a Shiv bhajan which is sung by Dhananjay Bhattacharya and only four lines of this song (laster less than one minute) is available.
The lyricist is not known. Music is composed by Pankaj Mullick.

Nitin ji,
It is expected that a civil language is used in making comments. It is not funny either,if it was intended to be so.
