Though I am familiar with V Shantaram’s movie “Do Aankhen Baarah Haath” (1957), I have not watched this movie and I am not aware of all its songs, except the better known songs. I was not aware of this song.

“Champaakali” (1957) is a movie starring Bharat Bhushan, Suchitra Sen, Shubha Khote etc. This movie is known for some Hemant Kumar songs including the well known song Chhup gaya koyi re door se pukaar ke. I have in fact discussed as many as three songs from this movie in the past.
