Today is the day when festive spirit is at its most cheerful, the attire of the people is the finest, and more than anything, the bonhomie and the bonds of friendship are at their best. It is the time to leave behind any differences and the memories of any past offenses, to forgive and to forget the resentments. As the lines of this celebratory song emphasize,
ye wo din hai ke hans hans kar giley shiqwe bhula dena
agar dushman bhi aa jaaye to ye keh kar manaa lena
id ki shaam hai
Today is the day to forget the resentments with a smile

“Baaghi Shahzaada”(1964) was directed by Maruti for G P Films, Bombay. The movie had Kishore Kumar, Kumkum, Anwar, maruti, B M Vyas, Wazir Mubhammad Khan, Madhumati, Bela Bose, Indira, Altaf, Shyam Kumar, Khursheed, Jamal, Paro, Ridku, Uma Khosla etc in it.

“Baaghi Shehzaada” (1964) was a Gee Pee films production. It was directed by Maruti, The movie had Kishore Kumar and Kumkum in lead roles, alongwith W. M. Khan, Anwar, Maruti, B. M. Vyas etc.
