I am aware of an obscure movie called “Mehmaan” (1974). As it turns out, there is an equally obscure movie called “Mehmaan” (1953) too. This movie had Premnath and Nimmi in lead roles.

“Mehmaan”(1942) was directed by Chaturbhuj Doshi for Ranjit Movietone, Bombay. The movie had Madhuri, Ishwarlal, Shamim, Rama Sukul, Mubarak, Kesari, Dharpure, Bhagwandas, Indira etc in it.
