We observe that five movies (out of eight) whose songs were covered on this date ten years ago (on 27 april 2013) have since been YIPPEED in the blog. Two of these movies were YIPPEED on that day itself ! That leaves us with three unYIPPEED movies that are eligible for Blog Ten Year Challenge today (27 april 2023).
“Nishaan”(1949) was produced and directed by S S Wasan for Gemini Pictures, Madras. The movie had Bhanumati (as Ranjana), Ranjan (as Vijay Singh and Vikram Singh), R.Nagendra Rao (as Zorawar Singh), J.S.Casshyap (as Doctor Shanker), Maya Banerji (as Neelam), Balkrishna Kalla (as Madho Singh), M.S.Sengar (as Chandan), Suryaprabha (as Al Beli), Narayan Rao as (Zorawar`s Valet ), Ramakrishana Rao (as Messenger), D.Bal Subramanyam (as Mahendra Singh), V.P.S.Mani (as Himmat), G.Pattu Iyer (as Raj Sekhar), Venkatamba (As Mahendra Singh`s wife), Krishna Bai (as Doctor`s sister), Shyam Sunder (as doctor`s brother in law), Vijay rao ,Anand, Sampat Kumar (as Zorawar`s Soldiers), I.M.Ram , Y.S.S.Rao (as Mahendra Singh`s Soldiers), M.K.Radha etc in it.
