A few days ago I heard this song on my mobile. There is huge collection of songs, come from where in my mobile I do not know. That is what I am consciously doing these days, and it has been a highly rewarding experience.

I am not much familiar with the name of this movie called “Raftaar”(1955). Thanks to the farmaish of songs from this movie, I now know that this movie had Talat Mehmood and Nadira in lead roles. Talat Mehmood, like Mukesh was toying with the idea of establishing himself as an actor-singer. Singing career of both of them suffered and both of them soon gave up acting.
