“Ladki”(1953) was a musical extravaganza. It was full of some breathtaking dances by Vyjyanti Mala and Anjali devi.
And the songs soung so wonderful to listen to.

“Naya Ghar” (1953) is a very obscure movie by now. I came to know about the existence of this movie while I was searching about the movies of an equally obscure actor.

“Anokhi Raat” (1968) was the last movie in which Roshan composed music. He died before the movie was released and the remaining work of music direction was taken up by his assistant.

Yesterday I posted a wonderful “roadside tamasha” song picturised on Minu Mumtaz and Johny Walker from “Ek Saal” (1957).
The song must have caught the imagination of the movie goers, and the same duo played similar roles in subsequent movies as well.
