I have posted a few songs from “Jaalsaaz” (1959) in the past. Here is another nice song from this movie.
This song is sung by Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhonsle. It is picturised on Kishore Kumar and Mala Sinha. Majrooh Sultanpuri is the lyricist and N Datta is the music director.
As was the case with Kishore Kumar as an actor in most movies, he shares good on screen chemistry here with Mala Sinha.

This song reminds me so much of some other song but though it’s at the tip of my tongue I can’t figure out which one.

The tune of the mukhda of this song is almost similar to the mukhda tune of https://atulsongaday.me/2010/06/25/thandi-hawaayen-lahraa-ke-aayen/ from “Naujawaan’ (1951). S D Burman was MD of this film.
N Datta was assistant to S D Burman.before he became the MD.
