“Aa Gale La Jaa” (1973) was produced by A K Nadiadwala and directed by Manmohan Desai. The movie had Shashi Kapoor, Sharmila Tagore, Shatrughan Sinha, Sulochana, Om Prakash, Jagdeep, Shobha Khote, Asrani, Gajanan Jagirdar etc in it.
Two songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the third song from the movie.
This song is sung by Kishore Kumar. It is lip synced by Shashi Kapoor while performing roller skating. A few lines are uttered by Sharmila Tagore too. One can also see a small kid playing Shashi Kapoor’s kid who looks familiar but I am unable to name him (it could be a her as well). I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify the kid.

This movie – and song – bring back memories. That was the time of the Rajesh Khanna wave. Inspite of that, Aa Gale Lag Ja did well. It was quite popular in its time – the songs most definitely were.

this song was not original however. I heard the original song on radio one day casually. The song is a spanish song I think but not sure. Even the yodelling was there. name of the singer, title not known

I always thought that the child star was the one who grew up to be Inder Kumar… who tried being a solo hero and now can been seen with Salman Khan in a few movies “wanted” for example…another movie of this person with Salman “Tumko Na Bhool Payenge”

This Master Tito, If my memory serves me right, played the role of a young Amitabh bachchan in YAARANA(In this movie, we can see a little bit grown up Master Tito.
