The actor lip synching is very much S.N.Tripathi.
There is a little history to this film.
Vijay Bhatt and Shankar Bhatt’s Prakash Pictures was well known for Mythological films. Their films on Shri Ram, featuring Mahipal or Prem Adeeb-usually- were quite popular, but in their Ram pictures, they never showed Hanuman prominently. It was a neglected character for their films.
Wadia Films were experts in Stunt films. From 1935 ( Hunterwali) to 1948 ( Mala the Mighty), they became famous for action films. Their films were famous and popular in Pakistan and Middle East Muslim countries.
In 1948, they made their First Mythological film “Shri Rambhakta
Hanuman ” in which S.N.Tripathi acted the role of Hanuman for the First time. By this time Pakistan had come in existance. Instead of promoting this film as a Mythological film in Muslim countries ( which would not have allowed it,probably), the Wadia’s changed its Title and called it
“Udata Bandar”. ( उडता बंदर ). This film became as popular as their stunt films in Pakistan and Middle East Muslim countries equally.

In the clip we see the accuracy of beat and tonal rythm as well as suble gestures of music conductor which can only come from S N Tripathi.
