The film that we are bringing to the Yippeee-land today, has been waiting for the final song for the last almost three years. The 1970 film ‘Maa Ka Aanchal’ had made its debut on the blog on 10th May, 2012. Exactly three years later, on 10th May, 2015, the fifth song of this film was posted. As I look at these dates, I am tempted to defer this posting to 10th May, just to complete a sequence. But then I thought better of it. 🙂

The movie had Sanjeev Kumar, Abhi Bhattacharya, Anjana(Mumtaz), Leela Mishra, Jagdev, Sheela.R., Satpal Nishan, Sushma, Johnny Whisky, V.Gopal, Gopal Segal, Amol Sen, Dilip Dutt, Deena Nath, Master Rattan, Abdul, RajKumar Dutt, Abdul etc in it.

Forgetting important dates in one’s life always puts people in embarrassing and often tricky situations. My absentmindedness means that I am no staranger to such situations. If one forgets important dates in one’s personal life (spouse’s birthday, wedding anniversary etc), then heaven hath no fury like a spouse scorned. My wife has stopped talking to her siblings if they forgot to recall these dates. Fortunately, I get bailed out of such tricky situations by our daughter who remembers these dates.
