“Shankar Khan”(1966) was a stunt movie which was directed by Nanabhai Bhatt for Fine Arts Pictures, Bombay. This movie had Prithviraj Kapoor, Dara Singh, Savita, Randhawa, Jagirdar, Sherry, Kammo, Pratima Devi, Mohan Choti, Jagdeep, Rajan Kapoor, Saudagar Singh etc in it.

Today (2 october 2014) is the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shashtri. And this time it is a day when this day is being celebrated differently. A massive nationwise cleanliness campaign is being launched this day and it is expected to create awareness among masses to keep their premises clean. “swaachh Bharat Swasth Bharat” is the slogan. This is a movement that is launched with the expectation and people will slowly and steadily open their eyes to cleanliness so that in five years time, when we celebrate Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary, India is a clean nation. Amen to that !

“Shankar Khan” (1966) is a B grade movie about which very little information is available. What I know is that it was a Dara Singh movie produced by Dara Singh himself. This movie had actors like Prithviraj Kapoor, Dara Singh, Randhawa, Jagirdar, Kammo, Pratima Devi, Mohan Choti, Jagdeep, Rajan Kapoor, Savita etc in it.
