I am always on the lookout for songs composed by Ganesh. so far I have posted 10 of his songs, and all of them are superb songs.
Here is another song from Ganesh. this is from “Husn aur ishq” (1966). It is sung by Rafi and it is picturised on Sanjeev Kumar and Vijaylaxmi. Asad Bhopali is the lyricist.

Vijaylaxmi is a Telugu actress and is an excellent Kuchipudi dancer. Are there any dances in this movie? Hard to believe she would accept a role where there are no dances. She is a student of Vempati Chinna Satyam. Currently she works in Virginia. Don’t know if she teaches dance but I heard she was an accountant.
Interesting to see Sanjeev Kumar so young.

Yes, there was a dance song-“dil ki fariyaad se dar” involving her in this movie.

I saw the film recently and it was fun—not great, but fun. Songs are lovely though!
