This song is a quintessential “villain’s den” party song that we tended to have in Bollywood movies of 1970s. In most of these songs, the hero and heroine would enter villain’s high security party as the lead singers/dancers yet the villains would remain in the dark till the song is over.
Here thankfully, that does not seem to be the case. And moreover, here it is the villain Premnath who sets the ball rolling by singing ( in Manna Dey’s voice), and he is then joined by our ageless hero, Dev saab, singing in Kishore Kumar’s voice. And if this is a villain’s den party song, then it is only natural that such a song should be accompanied by Helen’s cabaret dance too. and like a good Bollywood formula song, Helen is very much there, performing her usual cabaret dance.
Hema Malini, the heroine of this movie is also present in this song, though she does not do any dancing here.
The song is written by Anand Bakshi and its music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. This movie was called “Amir Gharib” (1974).

Am hearing this song after at least 33 years. The last time I heard this must have been when the movie was released. Catchy tune and lyrics, quite a pleasant song. With good picturisation.
One small typo, Atul. The tags correctly say Kishore Kumar but just before the lyrics, you mention Rafi.
