Haay mera dil le gayaa koi aake ishaaron se

“Parbat” (1952) is an obscure movie by now. The movie as well as its songs have been forgotten by now.
Here is a song from this movie. It is sung by Lata. Video of this song is not available, but it appears that the song was picturised on Nutan, then a newcomer, who was being promoted in a big way by Shobhana Samarth, who was her mother.
This song is written by Shailendra and music is composed by Shankar Jaikishan.
Here is this lovely and rare song from ” Parbat” (1952).
Song-Haay mera dil le gayaa koi aake ishaaron se (Parbat) (1952) Singer-Lata, Lyrics-Shailendra, MD-Shankar Jaikishan
Lyrics
Haay mera dil le gayaa
koi aake ishaaron se
aati hai sadaa unki
meri saanson ke taaron se
dushman hamen pyaaraa huaa
raaz ye duniya kyaa jaane
haay kyaa jaane
dushman hamen pyaaraa huaa
raaz ye duniya kyaa jaane
haay kyaa jaane
haal e dil apna ham
kahaa karte the taaron se
Haay mera dil le gayaa
koi aake ishaaron se
dil ki lagi bujhti nahin
unka bhulaanaa khel nahin
haay khel nahin
dil ki lagi bujhti nahin
unka bhulaanaa khel nahin
haay khel nahin
aate hain mere dil mein
khayaaon ke sahaaron se
Haay mera dil le gayaa
koi aake ishaaron se
kyaa huaa buraa huaa
apni haalat kyaa kahiye
haay kyaa kahiye
kyaa huaa buraa huaa
apni haalat kyaa kahiye
haay kyaa kahiye
rote hain gale milke
akele mein bahaaron se
haay mera dil le gayaa
koi aake ishaaron se

Such songs deserve to be better known instead of ending up as forgotten songs.
