“Dekho Jee”(1947) was directed by Wali Sahab for Punjab Film Corporation, Bombay. The movie had Mumtaz Shanti, Anjum, A Shah, Khatoon, Haroon, Afzal, Dilshad, Minto Bai, P D lal, Gulnar, Prakash Trehan etc in it.

Two songs from this obscure movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the third song from “Dekho Jee”(1947) to appear in the blog. This song is a romantic duet which is sung by Shamshad Begam and G M Durrani. Wali Sahab is the lyricist. Music is composed by Tufail Farooqui.

Only the audio of this song is available. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song.
