“Daak Bangla” (1947) is a movie produced by an official sounding Production house namely Indian National Pictures Limited. 😀
The movie was directed by M Sadiq and it had actors like Wasti , Suraiyya,Gope,Rampyaari,M Ismail etc. Kamal Kapoor who later went on to have a long career as a baddie in Hindi movies, made his debut in this movie.

I just came across this rare song from an obscure movie. The movie is called “Zabaan” (1943) and it had actors like Dixit, Mubarak, Ishwarlal, Kaushalya etc in it. None of these names rings any bell as far as I am concerned.

“Laal Dupatta” (1948) is a movie produced by Akash Chitra and directed by K B Lall. This by now forgotten movie had Sapru, Madhubala, ulhas, Gulzar, Neelam, Ranjit Kumari, Kesari, Raja Haksar etc in its cast.
