If you rely upon most sites for knowing about the movie “Chaand”(1944), the only information you may come across is that this movie had Shashikala in it. The fact that Shashikala at that time was only 11 years old is obviously lost on these sites.

“Farmaish” (1953) is an obscure movie by now. This movie had actors like Bharat Bhushan, Vijay Laxmi, Kuldip Kaur, Pran, Gope, Maruti, Chandra Shekhar etc in it. I have discussed two songs from this movie in the past. Here is another song.

“Saawan Bhaado” (1949) is an by now obsure movie. It was produced by Prakash pictures. The movie was directed by Kishore Sahu, but publicity materials showed the movie as directed by Ravindra Dave. The movie had Ram Singh, Munawwar Sultana, Om Prakash, Randhir, Indu, Jankidas, Raj Adeeb etc in this movie.
