We have watched several mujra songs in Bollywood movies, but this mujra song must be the ultimate. It is one of the oldest songs of this genre as it is from “Halchal” (1951). This was a K Asif movie starring Dilip Kumar and Nargis.

Tasweer banaata hoon tasweer nahin banti

This is one of the most memorable song sung by Talat Mahmood. In fact, the movie “Baradari” is remembered to this date mainly for its songs, and especially for this one. Few people are aware who the acor was. The actor was Chandrashekhar, who was a leading hero of that time, though not in the big league.

Bhula nahin dena ji bhula nahin dena

Here is a very sweet sounding song from 1955 from a movie called “Baradari”. “Bhula nahin dena ji bhula nahin dena” is one old song that I recall liking in my younger days even though I was not much into liking old songs those days.
