I have not watched the movie called “Talaaq” (1958) but from its songs and some online reading up (both could be misleading 😀 ) leads me to believe that Rajendra Kumar and Kamini Kadam get married, have a child (Honey Irani) then fight among themselves and then file for divorce. The movie “Chal Chal Re Naujawaan” appeared in 1944. This movie too starred Ashok Kumar. So this phrase “Chal Chal Re naujawaan” whether as a song or as a movie title became inextricably associated with Ashok Kumar.
