“Baat Ek Raat Ki”(1962) was directed by Shankar Mukherji for Alankar Chitra, Bombay. The movie had Dev Anand, Waheeda Rehman, Chandrashekhar, Johny Walker, Sabita Chatterji, Ulhas, Jagdish Sethi etc in it.

“Sunahre Qadam” (1966) is an obscure movie despite being of relatively recent vintage by the standards of this blog. This movie was a Saraswati Kala Mandir presentation. It was directed by Satish Nigam and its star cast consisted of names like Shashikala, Agha, Sabita Chatterjee, Randhir, Rehman who hardly held any star appeal to attract ordinary movie goers to the movie halls. So it should come as no surprise that the movie failed at the box office.

I had posted a superb comedy song from “Parivaar” (1956) in the past which was sung by Kishore Kumar and picturised on himself. I now find that this movie, apart from this comedy song, had some superb semi classical songs sung by Lata and Hemant Kumar.
