Ae pyaar teri duniyaa se ham

on:There are a few great movies in 1950s whose songs were hugely popular in 1950s. One was “jhaanjhar” and other was “Jhamela”. The prints of these movies were lost in a fire and we no longer have any prints of these movies.
Fortunately, the audio of the songs from these movies are available with private collectors, who share them with others on internet.
Here is a song from “Jhaanjhar” (1953). The song is sung by Lata and it was picturised on Kamini Kaushal. Rajinder Krishan wrote the lyrics and C Ramchandra composed the music.
Song- Ae pyaar teri duniyaa se ham ( Jhaanjhar) (1953) Singer-Lata, Lyrics-Rajinder Krishan, MD-C Ramchandra
Lyrics
bahaaren bech daalin, phoonk daalaa aashiyaane ko
zaraa si raakh rakh di, bewafaa tere dikhaane ko
ai pyaar teri duniyaa se ham bas itni nishaani leke chale
ai pyaar teri duniyaa se ham bas itni nishaani leke chale
ek toota hua dil saath rahaa, ek roti jawaani leke chale
ai pyaar
aaye the bade aramaan liye, seene mein kayi toofaan liye
aaye the bade armaan liye, seene mein kayi toofaan liye
anjaam ye hai, seene mein dabi
anjaam ye hai, seene mein dabi ik gham ki kahaani leke chale
ai pyaar teri duniyaa se ham bas itni nishaani leke chale
ae pyaar
do din ki muhabbat mein aakhir, ham teri gali se kyaa lete
do din ki muhabbat mein aakhir, ham teri gali se kyaa lete
itni bhi navaazish hai teri
itni bhi navaazish hai teri, aankhon mein ye paani leke chale
ai pyaar teri duniyaa se ham bas itni nishaani leke chale
ae pyaar

This fire that took place in 1950s would have consumed “Albela” (1952), but “Albela” was saved because Bhagwan (producer) had not paid off his debtors and so the prints of this movie were in the custody of his debtor instead of at the place where the fire took place and many movie prints were lost.
