Pulling together information from Geet Kosh, I find this film is produced under the banner of Nagin Productions, and directed by Pal Premi. The main list of stars includes Mahipal, Parveen Choudhary, Sapru, Madhumati, Amarnath, Mohan Choti, Jeevankala etc.

Four songs of the 1958 film ‘Saadhna’ are already posted on this blog. This is the 5th gem from this film.
