Song-Baaten kahin aur banaao (Batwaara)(1961) Singer-Asha Bhonsle, Lyrics-Majrooh Sultanpuri, MD-S Madan

Lyrics

arre baaten kahin aur banaao
baaten kahin aur banaao
yahaan baat nahin banane ki
o chalbaaz ham samajh gaye
teri chaal nahin chalne ki
babu tata
o mister tata
o babu tata

pehchaan liya ab jaaiye
ban ban ke na yoon ghabraaiye
pehchaan liya ab jaaiye
ban ban ke na yoon ghabraaiye
haathon se dil ko thham ke
mat jhoothi qasmen khaaiye
ab to jee bigad gayi
ab to jee bigad gayi
baat nahin banane ki
o chalbaaz ham samajh gaye
teri chaal nahin chalne ki
babu tata
o mister tata
o babu tata

ab chaahe khushaamad keejiye
yaa haathon mein aanchal leejiye
ab chaahe khushaamad keejiye
yaa haathon mein aanchal leejiye
ya rasta mera rokake
daaman se hawaaayen deejiye
dil mein mere ulfat ki
dil mein mere ulfat ki
aag nahin jalne ki
o chalbaaz ham samajh gaye
teri chaal nahin chalne ki
babu tata
o mister tata
o babu tata

tu dilwaala
main bhi haseen
dhokhe mein na rehna kahin
samjhe
tu dilwaala
main bhi haseen
dhokhe mein na rehna kahin
bijli si chamak jaaungi main
reh jaaoge baithe yahin
chal diye ham ab to sanam
chal diye ham ab to sanam
chhaon nahin milne ki
o chalbaaz ham samajh gaye
teri chaal nahin chalne ki
babu tata
o mister tata
o babu tata
