Lyrics(Provided by Atif M)

thandi thandi chale re hawa
ho o o
thandi thandi chale re hawa
o sajna jiyara mora lehraaye re
ud ud jaaye sar se chunariya
mukh se nikal jaaye haaye re
thandi thandi chale re hawa
ho o o
thandi thandi chale re hawa
o sajna jiyara mora lehraaye re

aa aa aa
aa aa aa
aa aa aa
koyi rasiya koyi chhaliya
mere man ko bhaane laga
koyi rasiya koyi chhaliya
mere man ko bhaane laga
is milan mein is lagan mein
ik maza sa aane laga
aage aage lagan mere man ki
jaane kya rang laaye re
thandi thandi chale re hawa
ho o o
thandi thandi chale re hawa
o sajna jiyara mora lehraaye re

ho o o
o o o
lat jo uljhi phir na suljhi
aa sajan suljha de zara
lat jo uljhi phir na suljhi
aa sajan suljha de zara
main na jaanoon bhed man ke
tu hi ab samjha de zara
yoon to laage nazar tori pyaari
phir bhi kyun tadpaaye re
thandi thandi chale re hawa
ho o o o
thandi thandi chale re hawa
o sajna jiyara mora lehraaye re
ud ud jaaye sar se chunariya
mukh se nikal jaaye haaye re
thandi thandi chale re hawa
ho o o o
thandi thandi chale re hawa
o sajna jiyara mora lehraaye re

Please, anyone can tell me, Is the artiste Vimla Kumari & is she the same artiste on whom famous ‘Hawa mein Udta jaaye..’ of ‘Barsaat’ was picturised?

I think somewhere in the blog, some one has confirmed the fact that the Bimla kumari of Barsaat song(Hawa mein udthaa jaaye)
and

the Bimla kumari of Bhagwan Dada`s Albela(Lip syncing for Lata`s “Dheere se aa jaa ree ankhiyan mein, nindiyaa)
and

the Bimla kumari of Sahib Bibi Aur gulam (lip syncing for Asha Bhosle Mujra song in front of Rehman-“Meri jaa, meri jaan, achchaa nahin itnaa situm”)

are the same artiste. I am not able to remember where this fact has been confirmed. ,
I have not seen this movie “Guest House” that`s why I am not able to comment on the Vimala kumari of this movie.
Please correct me If I am wrong.

Prakash

Girl in this video looks the same to me as the one from Barsaat. In fact, it seems she is being used here with dupatta & Hawa as to recreate the old magic.

Prakash ji,
It was me who wrote about this Bimlakumari, not just once, but atleast 3 times. The girl in all films mentioned by you is the same one.The latest discussion between me and Khyati ji took place in one of the recent SARGAM songs.

I had seen this film while schooling in New Delhi (naturally after missing many classes!!). This song is one of my favourite Lata numbers for which music is composed by Chitragupta.
