Today (27 october 2014) is the 13th death anniversary of Pradeep Kumar (4 january 1925- 27 october 2001). Pradeep Kumar and a few of his contemporaries, viz. Bharat Bhushan, Biswajeet etc had the good fortune of figuring in movies with great music. For all their histrionics, it the music in these movies that may have titled the box office scales in the favour of these movies.
On the occasion of Pradeep Kumar’s death anniversary, here is a rare song from a less known movie. This song is sung by Subir Sen. The song is picturised on Pradeep Kumar and Madhubala. Madhubala is busy driving the car while Pradeep Kumar is busy lip syncing this teasing song. Madhubala, true to the traditions of leading ladies, is self righteously indignant, but she begins to enjoy Pradeep Kumar’s advances soon enough.
Qamar Jalalbadi is the lyricist. Music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji.

Biswajeet came much later in Bees Saal Baad-1962.

Thanks. Dunno about Panama, but Passing Show-56 has no Subir Sen singing. There is Balbir and Krishna Goyal(male?) as male singers
